How are longwaits defined?
You can choose how longwaits are defined in the Booking Rules form. Longwait routines are displayed in purple colours, and short-waits in green colours. The colours are set when each patient is displayed, so if you change the longwait definition the display will not change immediately, but the software will still manage longwaits according to the new definition. If you want to refresh all the colours, use the Save and Quit button, and re-enter SimActive with your stored data.Return
