Internal server error when running the API

If you get the response Internal Server Error in the log file when running the Planner API, here are some things you can try:

If you are using a DateSettings.csv file, check that it doesn’t have any stray rows or columns. For instance, a stray line break at the end of the file can cause trouble.

Try uploading the files on-screen through your web browser. If the problem is with one of the files, you should get an error when trying to update with the faulty file which will help you to narrow down the problem. Check that CSV file by opening it in a plain text editor which will help you locate any stray rows or columns at the start or end of the file.
