Report tables are not refreshing in Internet Explorer 8

Some users of IE8 occasionally have trouble with tables not refreshing in Gooroo Planner. For instance, you may have updated a dataset or run a new report, but you still see the old one on the screen. We think this may be caused by a setting in your IE8 browser.

If you are able, go to Start… Control Panel… Internet Options… Temporary Internet Files… Settings…. If you change the setting to “Every time I visit the webpage” then IE8 will always make sure your screen is up to date. You may need your IT people to do this for you.
