When I group headers in the Reports view, why are some items (e.g. waiting times) missing?

When aggregating data, some things add up (e.g. activity, beds) and some things don’t (e.g. waiting times, bed occupancy). There are various ways of combining those that don’t, so for waiting times either the maximum or the average wait could be displayed. Because it would not be immediately clear which method was used, we decided it would be safer to display nothing than to display something that was potentially misleading.

If you want to see the highest waiting times, you can sort waiting times in descending order.

If you want to see the waiting times that would result if there was flexibility between the services being grouped, then you can group them in the dataset (there is an icon to do this) and re-run the results on the aggregated basis.
